The Virginia Lady Eagles have officially started winter conditioning and practice in the new 4000 square foot facility located at 2400 E. Indian River Road in Norfolk. The Lady Eagles volunteers have worked tirelessly over the past few months to make this dream a reality.

The organization has hired personal trainer, Paul Knapp, to work with all teams through the winter season. Our girls are looking forward to working hard and getting ready for the first tournaments of the 2019 spring season.
